I often asked myself, why not tell the truth because the truth does not make your a liar. In this world, you have to be a liar to make you acceptable.

Rule No. 1: never say you’re nervous

Rule No. 2: never speak negatively about your former boss, or other employees at your former job.

    Rule No.3: Never said you’re a perfectionist

    Thank you 🙏

I call them boring answers I dont know why these questions are asked ? A candidate cant say he is nervous but can say his biggest weakness is public speaking. Dont you think its contradictory ?

This is so annoying and another reason why I hate interviews because anyone can say anything, it’s about how clever you are at playing mind games versus using actual discernment and human skill plus evaluating work ethic.
Interviews and jobs are all about how how fake you can be until you’ve been at the company for 5+ years. 🤦🏽‍♀️

  20. @MrMoccachinoo

When I was young student an applying for first side jobs I was very nervous and the interviewer noticed. I just openly telled that and they were 100% understanding, Event told me like they felt when they were young and it was a nice dive into a conversation.

So I feel there is no shame being nervous and communicating that. Of course you should not do that if you’re applying for CEO and want to run a company or similar 😂

    March 13, 2024 at 6:34 pm

Number one I am genuinely not interested nor do I want to see this because I do not care the more people offer me jobs the more I say f*** off because I don't believe a job is the way to succeed please keep this crap out of my face YouTube

In India people act like nervous too because they know to getaway with nonsense of control freaks minds. Especially some that get it right too. But to think they cannot be nervous is the truth. They are exposed to too many people they actually can't afford to be nervous atall. They can be aversive to bad people, they really can be aversive to disrespectful uneducated too sometimes..

    March 13, 2024 at 6:34 pm

The public speaking choice depends, I have said this in an interview and got this comment by the director: “but for this role then you won’t be a fit because you will have to lead the meetings, as a project coordinator you’ll talk to a lot of stakeholders.” 😢

  31. @mixerius1

    March 13, 2024 at 6:34 pm

Job itself and job interwiev in many cases has nothing in common 😛 dont see why you cannot say that you are nervous when for example yournlast interwiev was 10 years ago

  32. @mosalahisaking3525

    March 13, 2024 at 6:34 pm

I used to say to the recruiter that my biggest weakness is to have a perfectionist character. I always try so hard to give 100% effort and 100% expectation but if the expectation is under 99% or below that, then I feel defeated, overthinking, and shut myself down. These conditions hardly impact my later works but I got the position anyway. Then, in the office I learned that it is okay to make mistakes, we continuously get critics from our manager but from that we will learn and develop ourselves to be better and better.

TOP 7 Interview Questions & ANSWERS for 2022! by Richard McMunn of: https://passmyinterview.com/top-30-interview-questions-answers/
#InterviewQuestionsAndAnswers #JobinterviewHelp #InterviewSuccess
In this video, I will give you my top 7 interview questions and answers! If you have a job interview coming up soon for any role or any organization, I strongly suggest you watch this video from start to finish because these questions will come up!

THE #1 SECRET FOR PASSING JOB INTERVIEWS: https://youtu.be/tgrJ6Lirk2w

Coupled with the fact that I am going to give you unique, top-scoring answers to all the questions, this video is essential if you want to PASS your interview!

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL AND GIVE THE VIDEO A LIKE! (Thank you 😊)

TO HELP YOU PASS YOUR INTERVIEW, I WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING 3 THINGS:
#1. I will give you the 7 questions that will come up during your interview. If you prepare strong answers to these questions, you will PASS your job interview!

#2. I will give you two essential tips for answering each question! These tips will help you stand out from the rest of the competition.

#3. I will then give you a brilliant, top-scoring answer to each question that you can use in your job interview!

INTERVIEW QUESTION #1 – TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF
TIP #1 – In your answer, talk and about the SKILLS AND THE QUALITIES you have that are a match for the job you have applied for!

TIP #2 – Tell the interviewer you have a TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT and tell them WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THE ROLE if they hire you!

Example Answer: Tell Me About Yourself. 01:43

INTERVIEW QUESTION #2 – WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR US?
TIP #1 – In your answer to this question, tell the INTERVIEWER you have researched their company before the interview!

TIP #2 – Whenever you research a company before an interview look at their company ABOUT US page to find out about their history and plans, follow them on social media and take note of their latest posts, and have a look at their products and services.

Example Answer: Why Do You Want To Work For Us? 03:27

INTERVIEW QUESTION #3 – WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?
TIP #1 – The most effective way to answer this next interview question is to give the interviewer four or five strengths that they are guaranteed to find appealing!

TIP #2 – Download a copy of the job description before you attend your interview, read it, and align your strengths with those listed in the document.

Example Answer: What Are Your Strengths? 04:51

INTERVIEW QUESTION #4 – WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS?
TIP #1 – With this being one of the hardest interview questions to answer it is imperative you don’t give a weakness that is a match for the role you are applying for. Give a weakness that is not going to do you any harm in the interview.

TIP #2 – Do not say your biggest weakness is the fact you are a perfectionist. The majority of candidates say this, but the hiring manager will see straight through it!

Example Answer: What’s Your Biggest Weakness? 06:20

INTERVIEW QUESTION #5 – WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR JOB?
TIP #1 – The biggest mistake people make when answering this tough interview question is they say the work environment was toxic, they were bored, or the company was not going in the direction they thought it should!

TIP #2 – When answering the interview question, why do you want to leave your job, be positive about your employer, be respectful about your co-workers (as hard as that might be), and focus on your desire to continually grow and develop!

Example Answer: Why Do You Want To Leave Your Job? 07:30

INTERVIEW QUESTION #6 – WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?
TIP #1 – DO NOT say you plan to be working somewhere else in 5 years’ time! It takes a lot of time, effort, and resources to recruit and train someone for a job, and if you tell the Hiring Manager you will be working for another company in 5 years’ time, they won’t hire you.

TIP #2 – The trick to answering this difficult question is to say you want to build a long-term career with their company.

Example Answer: Where Do You See Yourself In 5 Years? 08:38

INTERVIEW QUESTION #7 – WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?
TIP #1 – This interview question is your chance to shine! It is imperative you sell yourself in a way that tells the interviewer you are the person they should seriously consider hiring for the position!

TIP #2 – In your answer, talk about adding value to their company and say you will be someone who will always embrace change with a positive mindset!

Example Answer: Why Should We Hire You? 10:07

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME? (BEST ANSWER to this COMMON INTERVIEW QUESTION!) #jobinterview

When answering the question “What do you do in your free time?” it’s important to present a well-rounded and engaging picture of your interests and activities. Here are some tips on how to craft a strong response:

1. Be Genuine
Share Real Interests: Talk about activities you truly enjoy. Authenticity is key.
Avoid Generic Answers: Saying “I watch TV” without elaboration can come off as uninteresting.

2. Highlight Positive Traits
Showcase Skills or Traits: Mention hobbies that demonstrate positive qualities like creativity, discipline, or teamwork. For example, “I enjoy painting, which helps me stay creative and patient.”

3. Balance Your Answer
Mix Different Types of Activities: Include a variety of activities to show you have a balanced lifestyle. For example, “I like hiking, reading science fiction novels, and volunteering at the local animal shelter.”

4. Relate to the Role (if applicable)
Connect to Job Skills: If relevant, mention hobbies that enhance skills useful in the job. For instance, “I play chess regularly, which has helped improve my strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.”

5. Keep it Concise
Be Brief but Descriptive: Provide enough detail to be engaging but avoid long-winded explanations. Aim for 2-3 sentences per activity.

Sample Answer
Example 1:
“In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring new trails. It’s a great way to stay fit and clear my mind. I also love reading historical fiction, which has enriched my understanding of different cultures and times. Additionally, I volunteer at a local food bank, which has taught me the importance of community service and teamwork.”

Example 2:
“I spend a lot of my free time cooking and experimenting with new recipes. It’s a creative outlet for me and helps me relax. I also enjoy running, which keeps me fit and helps me set and achieve personal goals. On weekends, I often play guitar and write music, which has been a passion of mine for years.”

By following these guidelines, you can craft a compelling and well-rounded answer that highlights your personality and interests effectively.
