Education is important. but these poor people don't know how their place looks like on a map…

It’s not a good news. Quality over quantity. How many of these people are taxpayers and how many are burden of taxpayers? What about the resources and environmental impact? Hopefully India is able to take care of its people and will not expect other countries to step in.
