TOP 8 INTERVIEW QUESTIONS & ANSWERS!
INTERVIEW QUESTION #1. Tell Me About Yourself Example Answer: 01:01
TIP – In your answer, talk about the skills, qualifications, and experience you have that is relevant to the position! Aim to make your answer approximately 1-2 minutes in length.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #2. Why Do You Want to Work at This Company? Example Answer: 02:39
TIP – If you really want to pass your job interview it is vital you show the hiring manager that you have spent some time researching their business. You must give valid reasons for wanting to work there!

INTERVIEW QUESTION #3. What Are Your Greatest Strengths? Example Answer: 04:12
TIP – My advice is to give the interviewer 5 strengths that are going to ADD VALUE to their company. Now, of course, it is important to focus on strengths that you can actually demonstrate at work, so to help you, let me give you an example SCRIPTED ANSWER that will resonate positively with the hiring manager!

INTERVIEW QUESTION #4. Why Do You Want To Leave Your Job? Example Answer: 05:49
TIP – This interview question is always asked because the interviewer wants to assess two things:
(1). Whether or not you left or are leaving because of negative circumstances.
(2). Your attitude towards your boss, work colleagues or employer in general. Therefore, keep the reason(s) why you are leaving short and concise, and always be positive about your employer!

INTERVIEW QUESTION #5. What Do You Consider to Be Your Biggest Weakness? Example Answer: 06:49
TIP – This is probably the toughest interview question to answer. Whilst it is important to be honest about your weakness, I believe there are some you should avoid. Do not say you are a perfectionist. Do not say you are late for things. Do not say you are not very good with people, and do not say you procrastinate too much!
Here’s two example answers to help you…

INTERVIEW QUESTION #6. Why Do You Want This Job? Example Answer: 08:34
TIP – DO NOT give an answer to this common interview question that focuses on your own needs! For example, do not say… “I want this job because I need to support my family.” Or, “I want this job because the pay and benefits are good!” Instead, focus your response on how this job is going to help you develop, give you a high level of job satisfaction, whilst at the same time helping their business to thrive.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #7. Tell me how you handled a difficult situation. Example Answer: 09:38
TIP – This common interview question requires you to give a specific situation you have been in where you overcame a difficult challenge! My advice is to use the STAR technique to structure your response.

SITUATION – Start off and describe the situation you were faced with.
TASK – Tell the interviewer the task that needed doing to overcome the challenge.
ACTION – Explain in detail the steps you and other took to achieve your goal.
RESULT – Finish off and tell the interviewer the results of your actions.

INTERVIEW QUESTION #8. Why Should We Hire You? Example Answer: 11:52
TIP – This question is guaranteed to come up during your job interview. This question is often asked because it allows the hiring manager to decide which candidate is going to make the most difference to their company in the role. You must give a positive, outstanding answer that demonstrates why you are different from everyone else.

2 INTERVIEW QUESTIONS 95% OF CANDIDATES FAIL! DON’T SAY THIS! #jobinterview #careeradvice

2 INTERVIEW QUESTIONS 95% OF CANDIDATES FAIL! DON’T SAY THIS!
Most candidates fail their interview before it even gets started… because they give weak, predictable answers to these 2 questions.

❌ “Why should we hire you?”
Wrong: “Because I’m the best person for the job.”
👉 No proof. No value. No impact.

❌ “Why do you want this job?”
Wrong: “Because I need the money.”
👉 Self-focused. Zero interest in the company.

Here’s what SMART candidates do instead:

✅ Why should we hire you?
“I’m a strong fit for the role, I can make an immediate impact, and I’ll deliver results that give you a return on your salary.”

✅ Why do you want this job?
“I want to work for your company because of your reputation, values, and the opportunity to contribute and grow long-term.”

💡 Don’t be average. Be the candidate they REMEMBER.
