TIP 1. Understand the NHS Values — and Be Ready to Show You Live Them
Every NHS employee is expected to demonstrate the six NHS values:
Working Together for Patients – putting patients first and collaborating with colleagues.
Respect and Dignity – treating everyone kindly and fairly.
Commitment to Quality of Care – aiming for the highest standards.
Compassion – showing empathy and understanding.

The interview panel will likely ask questions such as:
