Roy and Jamie are right, big characters in the game are rare. The PL used to be full of them in every team but I think players today have been coached to death from a young age, most players are afraid to express their own personality when they step onto a pitch.

It seems nowadays that every single player lacks the fight and spirit that Roy etc had yrs ago , you see it when team concedes a goal and all the heads go down and everyone wants to hide . Problem too is they're all friends on social media and nobody is willing to give out to anyone else , today they're more worried about their image and how many followers they have rather than a bit of discipline and commitment on the pitch

That Man United squad with Keano was elite. Full of quality players and leaders. They had an amazing aura.

Roy Keane is turning so mellow in his older age now! Haha! It's good to see him smiling and laughing rather than being all serious 99% of the time! 😂

You can see the passion from Roy about United! He really was a one off. A warrior that left it all on the pitch. Not many like him now

'Going into battle' – ridiculous for any footballer to refer to a game as a 'battle' as if their life is at stake…..

Sometimes Jamie can actually be very likeable. When he gets talking about current teams and players he does my absolute nut. But here, relaxed, and on a league of their own, he's great

Roy Kean was built like a machine. The last of the hard men .. the last of the real players .. now we have players who are a different breed… They do what they want and give up so easy …
