Although hammering Biden's cognitive issues are good arguments, I think that Trump and Republicans can do better with the Independents by saying that before his mental abilities hit the skids, Biden was malicious- he's got a track record of saying that he wanted unyielding immigration. He's got a record of saying horrible things about Americans who disagree with him. Biden has a record of racism. He's got a record of lockdowns and mandates. Biden is a target-rich environment.

It's just amazing that these two still believe in the honesty and impartially of the Supreme Court. It's as if they have never noticed why the Supreme Court chose to issue their decision to return the rights for the legalization of abortion to all the various state legislation, just before the primaries of 2022.
