   Senator Whitehouse has done an outstanding job on exposing a dark money funded (foreign included) scheme to capture the SCOTUS as a means to subvert democracy. This of course ties into a global effort to subvert democracy using the divide and conquer strategy of fascist/authoritarian regimes. Expanding on this scheme to subvert democracy you will find the GOP (operating as text book fascists merging state and corporate power) includes rewriting the U.S. Constitution using ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council). It would be foolish to think that a global counter offensive by agencies put in place to defend and uphold the U.S. Constitution against foreign and domestic enemies haven't been paying VERY close attention to ensure they fulfill their duty and oath to the American People.

   Show me where it says that in the constitution. It was never meant to be a federal case because anything not covered in the constitution goes back to the people/states. The Supreme Court finally got it right, the justices originally deciding Roe V Wade should have kicked it back to the states.

    How many years did she sit in congress with the power to be able to codify Roe v Wade? If she is blaming conservatives for taking that away, she has no one but herself to blame for not taking the initiative and codifying it. The supreme court does not have the power to make laws and there was no where in the constitution stating that there is a right to privacy. She should be pointing the fingers at herself for her failure to "Protect the right to privacy." Precedent does not establish laws, the constitution does and maybe she needs to take a moment and read it for a refresher .
