The banking situation is a reminder that Fed hikes are having an effect, even if the economy has held up so far,” It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. First SVB, then signature bank and now first republic bank, these are all the signs of yet another 2008 market crash 2.0

Some economists have projected that both the U.S. and parts of Europe could slip into a recession for a portion of 2023. A global recession, defined as a contraction in annual global per capita income, is more rare because China and emerging markets often grow faster than more developed economies. Essentially the world economy is considered to be in recession if economic growth falls behind population growth.

Several of the biggest market experts have been voicing their opinions on exactly how awful they think the next downturn would be, and how far equities may have to go, as recession draws closer and inflation continues well above the Fed's 2% objective. I'm trying to build a portfolio of at least $850k by the time I'm 60, therefore I need suggestions on what investments to make.

I know a lot of this has come about since the pandemic, but likewise, it has also been years, if not decades, in the making. The pandemic accelerated things. But, I am also wondering if an effect of China deliberately manipulating the value of their currency like they were accused of doing about 10 or 12 years ago.

I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategie;s … I would greatly appreciate any suggestions

About the current bank situation, I'm really concerned. I am worried about a lot more if a bank the size of SVB may fail. I have a friend who manages a fast-growing startup and was severely impacted by the bank run. I have taken more than $840k out of my bank. Since the FDIC only provides coverage up to $250K, an implosion could have negative consequences. presently want to invest in the stock market. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might proceed?

Look, the government never have our best interest in mind. We are left to be innovative and take care of ourselves, that's why they will always be against cryptocurrency. It is imperative to note that crypto is a weapon for democracy and financial stability, but some periods are the worst times to invest and so many people do not backup their assets. More attention and emphasis should be put into day trading and forex because it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I have always made more by investing short term with huge refund. Just find what works for you.

I think all buyers in America that were priced out of the housing market should support BRICS. Support the Chinese Yuan since these institutional investors along with government entities took over and want to make the middle class renters forever. If we stop supporting the dollar in. Our own country we’ll have a fair shot.

America is currently plagued by the hydra-headed evil duo of inflation and recession. The worst part about this recession is that consumers are racking up credit card debt. In April alone, credit card debt went up 20% while rates have doubled in a year. Inflation is so high that consumers are literally taking debt for basic life necessities. Collapse has indeed begun..
