Update: The company dismissed their "Illegal selling" lawsuit with prejudice and then did a one for 100 reverse split. Anyone's 10,000 shares become 100 shares and the stock is nearing all time lows fast (split adjusted)

Bro this is small potatoes compared to AMC

Charles said there had been so many stocks total in history and only X number of those survived. Does anyone remember those numbers? It was phenomenal.

DM, all of a sudden had communication issues! Ask about his compensation, he’ll have issues again. He’s a crook. I can’t imagine how he sleeps at night.

  9. @user-hh8ev1ir6x

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Maybe because of all the RS, DM did 2 RS in six month 1-25 1-9 RS no one can keep track, this is Nuts Nuts Crazy, investors are paying the price , if you had 100 @ $14 shares of Mullen stocks today its less than one half of one share @ $.60 . No one can keep track not TDA OR CS.
A SCAM ALL THE WAY MULLEN CAN'T MAKE ANY CARS THEY KNOW ARE IN THE SUING BUSINESS .
Stay away people lost 99.98% of hard earned money , don't be the next victim.

DAVID MICHERY IS A CROOK HIMSELF

  11. @dr.ulyssesswlabr6642

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

People conveniently blame this clown Michery, and he is solely responsible for draining shareholder value, but the moronic BOD keeps granting him millions of shares. He dumps them as fast as he vests them so the reverse splits have no effect on him. The entire BOD should be replaced too.

  12. @bearcat463

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Start blaming the hedge funds….this concept should not even be legal….anyone supporting short selling, doesn’t understand how it works. COMPLETE THEFT

  13. @bearcat463

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

If AMC was not corrupt as fuc…TGEY WOULD BE JOINING THIS LAW SUIT !!!!!!!!

  14. @user-wt6zf4ek9k

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies … I would greatly appreciate any suggestions

  15. @jedi4049

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

0:23 ceo mullen guy and attorney smirking lol. Big scam its fake.

  16. @bernadofelix

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

  17. @timh.1300

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Charles Payne nice how you railroad CEOs.
And don't give him a chance to talk.

  18. @user-hh8ev1ir6x

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

David Michery shorted his own stock September 2022 before he diluted by billions of shares and sold in April 2023, I thought thats insider trading? He is the problem not TD Ameritrade or Schwab.
No battery, no cars, nothing made and sold by Mullen, all they sold is a dozen Chineses vans, Not one car has been made and sold by Mullen, NOT ONE, 0 CARS.
Yet the the Ceo buys his own private Jet.
$100.00 investment in Mullen stock a few month ago is now worth $.444 Thats less than half a cent 99.951% drop.

  19. @dannydooberstein7049

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

I wish this was an in-studio inteeview so David can't fake audio problems. He would probably fake a heart attack to avoid the questions about dilution and his outlandish compensation

  20. @Lux-gq1of

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

The shorts always pounce but they are destroying companies in America that provide jobs for the people and stun our growing economy

  21. @Lux-gq1of

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Yes! Mullen CEO is a legend compared to AA in amc

  22. @sugaslate14

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Sponsored by one of the firms that is being sued. Sounds like a hit piece. David Michery is a terrible CEO, but this was obviously biased.

  23. @anthonymostasisa8577

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

He was told to stop by the camera man. He asked can I resume

  24. @austinpowers11

    February 10, 2024 at 3:11 pm

Did yall know Charles Payne is sponsored by TDA seems like a conflict of interest and reason he would shift from the focus of the lawsuit.
