When they say milk I think of water+oil+emulsifier making an emulsion. So for me, ex, argon milk is argon oil+argon extract/water (?) +an emulsifying ingredient making an argon emulsion, or milk if you wanna sell. Wonder if this actually is like this, or if my mind is just weird

Colourpop when they dupe their own products in their own line change packing and rename in and people still buy it up crazy because of the price point. No one will address their shipping. Because most everyone gets PR or you can buy in Ulta stores if you buy online now the shipping time is now atrocious. It doesn’t have to be a holiday or sale. I have no idea why either. They are an on demand lab. And they have a huge lab.
