What this bill does is nothing for the fixt income ssi ssdi. 2:34when does this bill take effect for the lowest income when inflation increases monthly , but it takes 12months to get a measley 3.2 raise, 60 percent less than the previous inflation rate.

No, I do not agree. Welfare doesn't need more money. We do not need to take care of people outside of our country. Let's worry about our own for a change. If they didn't walk through the front door then they should be made to leave and we do jot need to support them.
