Watching this video in Nov, I would say MAC’s revamped eyeshadows definitely shows up skin much better. I had an old wedge and a new wedge. The new wedge definitely softer and performs better. The old one is now hard like a rock rn, though still usable. But since March, now a refill is $8 instead of $7….💀Also some popular shades are still not yet finished revamping due to the COVID which is sad.

my god im never buying a baked highlighter again. ive had my baked highlighter since i basically started makeup, it was the first highlighter i ever bought. and its a great highlighter but my god its lasting forever. ive had it 6 years, and i use it every day!

that moment when you can relate to the Kat and Hailey's frustration at all the Spring releases because you live in the Southern Hemisphere where its Autumn but it doesn't actually feel like it because Autumn is confused as hewl… eg: hot one day, chilly and raining the next, then windy and cool then windy and hot.. welcome to 4 seasons in one day Cape Town!!! LOL 🍂🍁
Totally interested in the essence highlight.. and some of those mac dazzle shadows do look pretty… also been very curious to try the stila liquid suede shadows.. and them putting them with a matching shimmer/glitter and glow is actually a great idea, it makes it more alluring to try..

BH cosmetics…. The best thing the do, are their baked metalic shadows. Their highlighters are pretty good as well.
They need to make more baked shadow pallets. The OG zodiac pallet(before they went off the deep end with it) it one of my favorite, if not THE favorite eyeshadow pallet. And thats saying a lot, considering i have the js conspiracy, and the melt gemini and smoke sessions.
But on the other side of it, their neutrals pallet with the blushers(white packaging) was so bad i gave it away to a friend who doesnt have and doesnt do much make up.
And the take me back to brazil i think? Im not a huge fan of that one either, but ive kept it at the back of my collection just in case i need a random rainbow color for a look. But even then, the formula isnt great.
Even the mattes in the OG zodiac are pretty good. I love that pallet. Its so good. Idk why their other products arent.
They have a few other ALL baked shadow pallets, that im trying to convince myself i should get. But i havent pulled the trigger yet.
Wish they would come out with another pallet like the zodiac. NOT more zodiac, but those same formulas. Some of the good baked, some of the actually good mattes. A mix.
Ive found their shimmers and metalics that arent baked, arent very good.
Idk. Just my thought
