1. rule to improving your YouTube channel… actually upload shit! I sometimes think I should just delete all the vids and start afresh once things settle down and I can concentrate on maybe getting it back up and running, with all the shit that seems to go on with people's channels though, I don't even know if I want to open myself up to that! Question for your next wine time (great idea btw!) — is there a "best time" to upload? I started my channel about a year ago and used to be fairly inconsistent (uploading 1-2 per month) but now trying to upload once a week and noticed certain days and times seem better than others (and I sometimes wonder if this is just the popularity of the video or increased views partly due to timing) especially if you don't announce that you have content scheduled for x & y days.
