Literally, Twitter was a wolf all along for they gave to Elon Musk. Tiktok is a media where faithful or false witnesses spread, and there are other ways to spread witnesses.

Jealous they're getting the information rather than the US. Ol' Ed Snowden was right whether you agree with it or not. You pay so they can collect your data. Something is messed up in this world.

  18. @WhatInTheActual

    February 12, 2024 at 6:01 am

I think they are wanting to ban this platform because it helps to get information in front of demographics that otherwise would not have the patience or impetus to click on esoteric/transformational topics/knowledge/understandings that they otherwise woupd likely not be exposed to/interested in otherwise.

  21. @nerakar6562

    February 12, 2024 at 6:01 am

I do despise tick-tock with all my heart but my god that was a pathetic argument for why it should be banned. That argument could literally be used for the entire Internet itself and that as much as it can do good, it can also do harm and you can go anywhere on the Internet and find ways to commit suicide and become a stripper and whatever other dumb examples he gave lol conservatives need to understand the government is not the solution and banning things you don’t like does not make you a small government pro liberty conservative. I hope all parents take action at home instead to protect their kids and loved ones instead of government dictating what you can and cannot do on the Internet

  22. @hoosierdaddy1469

    February 12, 2024 at 6:01 am

As long as government is ONLY BANNING GOVERNMENT, everything is perfectly fine and should keep going banning itself from other stuff too!

  23. @ddhow5651

    February 12, 2024 at 6:01 am

We. Should not have Tik Tok and nobody under 18 should’ve been ever allowed to use TikTok but it’s too governed by China and we need to get rid of it. It needs to be banned. End of story.

  24. @jayechow8525

    February 12, 2024 at 6:01 am

Lets face it, the truth lies on GOP who is on the take from facebook against tiktok. It has all to do with competition for ad revenues.

  25. @Poppasgottabrandnewbagofcrack

I know that tictoc is not the place to be on your phone I watched my phone internet activity before tictoc and my phone with tictoc on my android phone was 2 times more active when all apps closed and tictoc installed also when Facebook app was on phone and closed my phone was very busy with fb app closed and forced stopped after removing face book my phone was still using more internet than before fb I restored my phone to factory and watched internet activity with only apps that were original preset and all closed and stopped then added only Facebook and it more than doubled and after removing fb dt was still using a noticeable increase in network traffic also did factory reset and added tictoc and phone was almost as bust as fb when I removed tictoc there wasn't any provable increase I did factory reset and never installed fb or tictoc and never will I can't stress enough something is wrong with both and I am shure there is much more than thoes two but I definitely keep mine to a minimum of additional apps realy wish I could get a phone with n I pre-installed apps lol that is not a good thing to do

  32. @ChristianLeFer
