    If TOTY based on 2023 calendar(end of 22/23 and start of 23/24) i would swap Alisson for Ter Stegen, Theo for Dimarco, Dias for Min Jae, KDB for Bernardo, and Messi for Kane. Messi should be the 12th man and KDB injured for 6 months so i think it's reasonable to give it to Bernardo.
