We, the over 60 crowd are mostly still working. I’m pretty sure the younger generations won’t be at our age . Heck, I don’t see many of them working now.

Old People are good for Economic Stability, they pay their Bills and save their Money, Money that Banks Loan out. Their Assets get redistributed, recirculating Cash and stimulating the Economy.
What do Gen Z and Millennials have? Nothing, they're Consumers, not Wealth Builders. They don't have either the Skills or Mindset to build Wealth.

Thank you, Charles. I am 83, a widow, with a wonderful blessing of being the matriarch 0f 45 lovely hard working people .they have blessed me with 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandkids. I am a happy person with all this love around me. Life is about family, not money. I find out that most people honor us and are gracious because they know they will also be old one day. That's life! And life is very good in America.

I know how to do a LOT of things and do them very well. I am also greatly undervalued by most. Many young people aren't much interested (in my world anyway) in learning how to create substantial, high-quality works unless they can make You Tube content from it. Mike Rowe and his people do give me hope for America and human civilization in general.

Today's generation the kids I work with 13 years ago have no motivation I was out working them at 40 years old half of them can't even change a tire if you're lucky and I think it's might be actually more than that they have no trade skills no willing to learn anything new and if you always try to correct them on how to do something right apparently they already know but then they end up doing the job wrong
