He chose to leave and That's probably a decision he will regret for the rest of his life. And I think he's regretting it already!
The poor kid needed better people around him to give him a better advice! He hasted being a player in a main squad and for that he jumped off a strong running train to be a main man in a broken one!
He was doing well at Man City as as a rising youngster and had a promising future there and would have eventually become an essential player in the squad and could have been a future Foden. But he threw all that away for a quick shortcut for more play time in a failing sinking ship like Chelsea and instead of being a part of team that is competing in all competitions to win them, He is now a part of bottom mid table team team.

LOL I'm sure Mount, RLC, didn't want to leave and then you have Gallager who would say the same thing. I don't care he didn't want to leave, he's here now, he's a Chelsea player and he enjoys playing for us. Lukaka was trash and was shitting on Tuchel, the league and promising to go back. Cole just saying what WE ALL KNOW. He's a blue, lets luv him and support him. He won silverware at City that he didn't have a whole lot of work to get it…. with Chelsea, people will say HE helped carry the team and fought for those hard-earned trophies to come.

I can not grasp how people would think chelsea would take this wrong. It is the most real life situation ever. You want something, something else happens, you make a decision. I mean by that logic you should be upset at your wife because technically she’s only with you cuz some bloke broke up with her in college lmao.

Can’t blame him for wanting to play. Pep treated him like he treats Bobb and Lewis. Pep saying he was going to play more is cap considering Pep also said their #1 priority was signing a winger, which became Doku. Can’t blame Palmer for leaving.
