Well whether or not Lunatik wants money, notoriety, a public image defense, brand recognition, etc. (all valid IMO), the fact is they have the trademark, so I can't imagine why Jeffree even tried them with a similar design. If Lunatik wins, Jeffree would be ordered to cover legal costs as well, right? I see a quick settlement.

bullet lipsticks have been sold in the shape of an actual bullet for YEARS before lunatick cosmetics did. They didn't start this trend, so i dont beileve it should be such a problem with them for jeffree star to have one too

I love what you guys do. I appreciate that you guys keep your comments real and that you don't worry about the companies. I'm at a point where a $20 lipstick is alot of money, but that doesn't mean I don't deserve it now and then. I like the honest reviews and opinions. This way I don't feel as though I'm wasting my money on just a name. I can not wait till there is merchandise so that I can support what you guys do. Oh and please keep being alittle rude and crude.
