Something tells me these rockets won't be going to Mars, but will be aimed and directed from space at targets on Earth.

its not called Ionic Thrust Engine…its first developed by Nikolas Tesla, He also designed Triangular aircraft..US DoD abducted both and made quarrel with Tesla. Later they killed him by poisoning. Jesus is coming soon. The Rapture.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.Romans 10. 9-10
so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.Hebrews 9. 28

Nuclear rockets are not the answer, besides, the deep black military industrial complex has been sitting on advanced tech since the 50s and they don't care about sending astronauts to space on controlled explosions.
