I would just like to bring a different perspective to this conversation. Six months ago I was forced into homelessness because of the housing crisis. I fostered my fur baby to my lovely neighbours, but they could no longer care for him. I am still homeless and had to find a permanent home for him. I was gutted. Yes, some people are heartless when it comes to abandoning their pets. But not at all us. I found my boy a better home than I could provide. Even so, I felt like a total failure having to do it. Please don't condemn us all. 😔
