   Please, repubs had a majority as well and did absolutely nothing with the power. That being said, am I remembering incorrectly, but didn't Obama has a reporter arrested for not telling their sources? Didn't Obama go after Snowden for being a whistleblower? Who was in power when Assange was hunted?

    As a registered Democrat my party has turned against me as thoroughly as possible, has tried to subvert my schools, my business and my life while stripping me of decades of hard work. I now regard them as my enemies and never to be trusted again. Yes, I voted straight ticket Republican here in California. I voted against every single proposition and against never ending liars and cheats. I have had enough of them now and forever.

    Obama was talking about corruption reigning because there's no accountability. Isn't that where we're at RIGHT NOW?     Title: "Democrats could've done anything they wanted and they failed". The same could be said of Republicans from January 2017 through December 2018. Let's hope the next time (2024?) they hold both houses AND the exec they get their feces cohesive. They can't get the majorities and fall flat on their faces AGAIN.
