Gravitas | Putin Says U.S. missile downed Russian Plane carrying POWs | WION
Russian investigating agencies have revealed that a U.S. missile was used to down the plane that was carrying Ukrainian POWs. Earlier, Moscow had blamed Ukraine for shooting down the plane and subsequently killing its own soldiers. Ukraine did not outright deny the accusations.
