Fenty skin flash nap is nice. It’s cooling and hydrating for whole day wear. It doesn’t make me look more rested, coming from a new mom of a 2 month old.
The eye tool… I dropped it the first day I had it and the top popped off of the base (I was eventually able to pop it back together). It’s tiny and you can’t open it up to clean it. You have to be careful the amount of pressure that you use otherwise your thin under eye skin gets pulled and pinched into the roller.

For Sam’s brand Auric, I feel like nothing that is going on is a “scandal” or as bad as some other brands. I feel like she made what she likes in a product, heavy feeling, pretty packaging, and sheer products. This doesn’t feel like a cash grab, if it was they’d use the cheapest thing to make the highest margin. I have her glow lust, it’s not a cheap component even for higher end makeup. Also there’s conflicting studies done on glitter vs bio glitter.

Sam duped her fave luxury product but cruelty free. That was her spiel, she loves luxury brands but there are not many that are cruelty free. That's what I got from it.
And also the she didn't' want the name to connect to her, she wanted the brand to stand on it's own.🤷♀️ I think she didn't want it to be "influencer brand" but just a high end brand.

On skincare read the ingredients list because the ingredients don't lie. I love Rihanna but the skin care line isn't worth the money due to the ingredients list being average. Just get the CeraVe eye cream, it's cheaper and has one of the best ingredients lists on the market. Rihanna is definitely winning in the marketing and packaging game though

As much as I would like to support smaller businesses in the beauty community. I wouldn't spend a dime on products I wouldn't buy otherwise because I don't like or need the products for my own use. This is why I just donate directly to causes I support.

Does nobody remember Urban Decay's Pocket Rocket from the late 90s or L'Oreal's HiP pigment sticks in the early 00's? They were exactly what the Milk Makeup Color Chalks are, and they sucked.

I'm wondering how many of these lip products were planned pre-pandemic… Like why else would you decide releasing lip products in a mask filled pandemic is a smart marketing move?? If the line ‘lady balls’ is all about female empowerment why do they need to reference ‘balls’ as in ‘grow some balls’ referring to men’s balls. By modelling the whole line around the fact that men’s balls symbolise strength and empowerment etc they’re suggesting that women need ‘balls’ (and therefore men’s characteristics) to be empowered and powerful. In trying to be empowering for women they actually fall victim to the same thing they’re trying to go against

I actually could never stand Sam Rhavandhal. Everyone loves her. She has been one of the most helpful influencers to others on YouTube.,I am so happy for her. She created luxurious products and people love her products. I personally can’t watch her I have tried so many times but I just can’t watch her. She is duplicating products and not decreasing the price!!! Her concept is weird.

Thank you for addressing the Hourglass pretend, deception!…By the way bought the Auric products and no exaggeration im 64 and my skin and eyes where enhanced for the best, the quality was superb and they were also so easy to use!
