This is why Kennedy died. He issued executive order 11110 ~3 months before his assasination. The order took the ability to print our currency away from the federal reserve(a privately owned bank) and gave it back to congress… as dictated by the constitution. You can still find the $5 & $10 "United States Notes" they started issuing online.
