   Hope you enjoyed today’s videos. Just to make it crystal clear, this is just a run through and a quick demo of the products. Until we use them on our faces over a few days/weeks we can’t give pros and cons about them.    Did you wash off your arm in-between the facial oil applications or did you add them on top of each other ??

   I like the idea of the cold cream but it not being emulsifying bothers me a bit :/ also that's a lot of rubbing and pulling on the skin

   I have a Gritti Politti. I’m liking it so far. I’m thinking about which oil to pair it with and I am thinking about a second cleansing oil. I’m thinking I might go for the banana one because I get migraines with scents like rose and other florals. I’m interested in the Jade roller. I’m going to ask if I can take the demos outside and see if I can get a better idea of the scents. I’m interested in the primer one as well. And the sleepy one and like a virgin. I’m trying to figure out what is the ideal combination for me. I don’t wear any makeup so that’s not a concern for me. My nose gets really oily during the day and it makes my glasses want to slip some, otherwise I’m not too bad for 45.

   I used to have the calming facial soap (I think it had milk in it?) and the serum bar (touch of heaven I think) I liked them both when I initially bought them. The soap seemed to leave a film when I used it, but once I started using it with a rag that went away. It was an alright soap. I really liked the serum but I could only use it by dragging it directly against my face and massaging it in. I didn’t mind it at first but over time the bar just seemed to get harder and harder and I had to really pull on my skin for it to warm up enough to use. I feel like I should caveat that I’m pretty bad about keeping up with my skincare so maybe if I’d used it morning and night consistently, then I’d use it all up before it went hard. In any case, I’m not sure I’d get either of them again, but they’re not bad products.

   I like the tea totaler and jade roller cleansing balms. I have oily skin and they do a great job at not stripping all the oil from my face, but leaving it nice and moisturized.

    PSA: essential oils should not be in skincare and some (particularly lavender and lemon) are very harsh on the skin and should not come in contact with your skin
    Also tea tree oil is poisonous to cats , even just having it on your skin and then being around your cat cause cause kidney failure

    i will never again buy anything from lush with their environment destroying support of trains and trucks over pipelines. Luckily i can get similar things from small businesses who do care about the earth.

    What does emulsion (I think that’s how you spell it lol) mean? Also, why does everyone have an issue with essential oils? I’m dumb lol

    The oils aren't supposed to put colour on you if you wanted colour you should just use the makeup

    I love the Ethique cleansing balm bar and the other cleansing bar.
    Their serum and moisturiser bars are quite heavy, so only for evening if you have very dry flaky areas.
    And their skincare doesn't have strong smells like Lush.
    The ginger snap face scub bar is also nice.
    But their shampoo and conditioning bars are amazing

    Ive been using Jade Roller for a few months now and honestly it has saved my dry and acne-prone skin. Highly recommend it. It also feels great since it has a cooling effect

    Be careful guys…these seem to be full of fragrance and essential oils that can be really irritating. Dr. Dray is a great dermatologist on YT, and she says a person can develop allergies or sensitivities to these even if you have used them for years with no issues.
