New foreign universities should provide Reservations, other wise, it is constitutionally illegal. Minimum 60% seats should be reserved on cast basis, 25% for local state students, 10% for EWS, 5% for Sports, physically handicap. 1% they can give for General merit. Mera Desh Mahaan Hei. Have you got reason for why 6,50,000 students of value equal to Ambani, goes to foreign every year!!!!, It is not Brain drain, it is national health / finance dry.

Even though there are some short term benefits of this foreign university thing, it still undermines India's education system. We need to introspect what our education system has attained?? Sundar Pichai?? Satya Nadela?? Those who work for America with an Indian veil??? Why inspite of 75 years India has no universities in top 50?? Even IITs or IIMs can't compete in foreign markets. I am not a China fan, but still what they have achieved is wonderful. Chinese universities pushed their way into top 10. China attracts more international students despite heavy censorship and lack of free speech. We need to understand that although these foreign universities in India would attract foreign students to study in India, it is still a foreign university. India hasn't achieved anything. It shows the failure of India who isn't even capable of giving its people a world class education.

From 2012 to 2021, 40 percent of the wealth created in India has gone to just 1 percent of the population and only a mere 3 percent of the wealth has gone to the bottom 50 percent. Sad reality of Failed State India. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
