   I get that people react to the prize for the Linda Hallberg launch. But it's a swedish brand, and makeup is is insanely expensive here up north. If there's not a sale going on it's basically impossible to get a normal drugstore foundation for less than like 15 euro, and eyeshadows are expensive as fuck. We've all kind of quielty resigned ourselves to it, but I can understand that the rest of the word does a double take.

   Kat Von D is not kicking her fans for releasing a palette with the same colours in it. Not every product a company releases is for the same market. If you dont want it just dont buy it but complaining that its not new eyeshadows is so entitled.

   Also you werent being overdramatic to make "the video more interesting". Just say what you honestly think but dont lie and pretend you were only getting annoyed for the video

    I was inspired to try and recreate the look you guys showed on one of the last episodes from the Linda Hallberg palette (the dark one with the green in the middle) and I think I was able to recreate it pretty accurately using the lighter green in the Fenty Galaxy Palette and some darker smoky colors I had around. If you are interested, I'd check that palette out (I can't remember if you guys said you were uninterested in it before) but I think I got it pretty close. 🙂 A lot of people are slamming that palette but I think it's gorgeous.

    This is the first year in France Black Friday has been a thing… Like last year nobody knew about it (except for the videos of people crushing each other in stores & stuff), but last week every shop in my street/mall, every website was doing black friday sales!! So weird.

    The fact that you both actually get upset that companies sneak peek packaging months ahead of the release date is kind of ridiculous. It doesn't effect your life, why does it matter how they choose to market their products. Like, I love your content but sometimes the level of professionalism is minimal, and you let your opinions bias your content all the time, to the point where you end up offending viewers who might like the products or brands. I'm just saying maybe try not to alienate your audience?

    I'm a manager at a major retailer. Our Black Friday wasn't as huge as last year, but I still had to work on Thanksgiving so these people could shop. if they only knew how badly they were being taken advantage of…..

    My assumption with the mini metal matte was that it was a smaller, more affordable, more useable version for people who didn't want the big one. So, appealing to a different market. I would never have bought the first one but the mini interested me. (Until it turned out to just be neutral shades which I have coming out my ears and don't need any more of).

    I think that metal matt palette is for people like me who don't buy palettes that contain not wearable shades, so I am not mad at it because I wouldn't buy the bigger version with blues, greens etc.

    I live in the the US in Tucson Arizona, where it doesn’t know know it’s almost December. Because it’s still in the high 80’s almost 90’s. I feel you, I’m still hot. But I love your videos. They may not keep me cool but it distracts me from the heat. Keep up the great work.

I was interested but brands need to learn the do's and don'ts of sneak peeking so they don't piss customers off. I also passed on the LH palettes.. the swatches turned me off but I'm never saying never because I may reconsider if they ever go on sale!

    I don't like the layout of the S&S palette either, especially because the glitter particles from the sparkly shades tend to get into the other pans, but what I love about this product is that it makes me get creative and create looks that I usually wouldn't necessarily think of. I also think it's extremely versatile, you can do everything from the orangey, boring Morphe look, over the violet and reddish sunset look that so popular right now, to a blue or greenish smoky eye. I like to think of it as a combination of the Mi Vida Loca and the Shade & Light palette, and I think that's what she should've marketed it as. If you watched Georgia Harris' video about rearranging the colours in the palette you might understand what I mean, I think that video really helps to let you see the colours separately. My favourite combinations are gold + blue and green + violet but I can come up with something new every time I use this palette. Hopefully you can still get some use out of your palettes, have a nice day. 🙂
