   Greg Jarrett I Disagree with you about this not being litigated. See below:

   Judge Amy Birman Jackson of the Washington circuit court ruled against Judicial Watch, and in favor of Bill Clinton, regarding the tapes Bill had taken from the Whitehouse when his term expired, and it was a vociferous opinion. She ruled that a President has absolute authority to declassify documents and further absolute authority to decide if they are personal documents or Presidential documents. She ruled that the Archives didn’t even have standing to ask for tapes or document's.

   To the best of my knowledge Judge Jackson’s ruling is still the Law.

    It’s insane to think how everyone in the comments is immediately defending Trump without stopping to realize the FBI is not only doing its job, but they wouldn’t just raid his home if they didn’t firmly have evidence there is culpability here. I’d also like to refer all these Trump supporters to refer to Trump’s own comments on pleading the fifth… which he has done now, as of yesterday, multiple times.
