   Because your probably in a different school district, or a different part of the county there could be 100 reasons why that is,,maybe there are no parks,or maybe its no safe to walk in your community who knows why….,we need more information to make an informed comment.

    Being an appraiser requires a certificate of study. So why aren't people of color training like other races? It's not a white only test or class. This is the perfect example of how destructive the Democrat Party hold on the black community has been. When every job is available for all colors and sexes, to say that it's somehow racists, in reality is how schools and communities are not helping their students and children pursue independence. Victimhood 101 or a diploma in victimhood is nothing but destruction.

    If you're paying attention, you know that what Tucker is talking about is all attached to UN Agenda 21 fulfillment. UN Agenda 21 is all about control by forcing voting populations into metropolitan and suburb areas and eliminating the bulk of urban populations so they have no power in the voting numbers of people. You can bet that affordable housing that loans will be granted for are mostly in metropolitan areas.

    I moved into a black neighborhood in my 20s. It was cheaper. I looked in the dead of winter. Seemed pretty quiet. I asked if this was okay crime wise. Sure the agent said. Then it warmed up. In the one year I was there I was broken into 3 times. Anything left out of doors was taken. I watched the fbi conduct a raid 3 doors down. I had a couple black teenagers offer to help me with my shopping bags once. Thats nice huh? Well they picked them up and took off running. I had to carry pepper spray to stop in the corner store because the group off men constantly loitering out front would aggressively surround me and try to prevent me from getting in my car. I am not trying to be racist. This was just my experience. Having traded stories with other people I find this was not a unique experience. So it really didn't matter if it had cheaper homes because they weren't safe. Maybe they are priced lower due to crime statistics not racism.

    We always need evidence to show something is really going on and it is true, but the majority of the time something is going on but it is very hard to prove. Just because there is lack of evidence doesn't make it false. In defamation cases and the he said she said scenarios, doesn't mean it not happening.

    Yes, you can't avoid crime by zip code. They think you'll do something about crime if it affects you. Sometimes there's nothing you can do. There is evidence no one wants to live in black neighborhoods. It isn't the appraiser. It's just a fact. If it were the appraisers then it wouldn't matter if white neighborhood prices dropped to equal prices in black neighborhoods. Just a fact….
