Cognitive testing must be done by a complete independent group of specialists, a panel of 10 picked by a panel of Democratic and Republican grandees. An open public report with each specialist assessment published. Normally, medical and health is private, fair enough, but when it comes to the most powerful position currently in this world, it must be open and transparent, if such a thing exists in the current political arena
