Weigh the tube before and after rather than the product. Just scrap out the product and clean it with a cotton bud then the tube itself weight is your control

I reckon with liquid products like this, because they are so thick you might save alcohol and time just cleaning out the tubes and measure the volume of the tubes against the claimed amount and where it is filled with the applicator.

too much evaporation with rubbing alcohol. Not sure how feasible lipstick/eye makeup remover is in pouring into the tube of lipstick

– Pull the plugs;
– Warm up tubes – either in a microwave or boiled hot water;
– Turn the tube upside-down into a beaker.

i'd have heated a knife or stanley blade with a butane lighter (one of the one's with the blue flames) cut the bottom of the tube off and then use a plunger from a syringe to push it out of the other end,

Why not try a micellar water/make up remover as your solvent for this type of product.

Perhaps maybe breaking or cutting open the packaging strategically??? Then taking out the product then measuring like you guys usually do? (Subtracting the missing product from the cleaned out packaging) just my simple suggestion. I mean I can see how much extra work that might be so I understand it may not be practical.
