Used to work for Kiko Milano and will confirm that yes, a lot of their “special” releases are the same products repackaged. This years holiday collection though, has a lot of new stuff (the blushes, liquid highlighters, eyeliners and some lip/nail stuff are the exact products from their last holiday collection and even summer collection) really happy they’ve been dropping those really old products and making newer ones that are more modern and better formulation.

I bought the Bite Agave Sweet Treats Lip Care set last year and this year. Notes: the lip scrub last year was shit 🙁 it was so oily that you couldn't "scrub" your lips. I haven't opened this year's yet but I like the glass jar packaging (last year was a cute metal tin). I always like the lip balm and the lip mask though.

I do love some of the holiday collections brands have released BUT Im just so underwhelmed this year by the majority of the collections. They all just kind of look the same or lack the creativity. I wish we could go back to when UD did some crazy extra palettes that had pop ups in them 😂. I just feel like Ive already seen it and kinda want something more fun and collectable released on the holidays. I can’t be the only one that feels this way????

I got the mini ciate nail polish advent calendar ( and I took them all out right away sue me) and I have to say I’m very disappointed in the quality of the nail polish. Every time I’ve used them they’ve peeled off entirely the next day.
