Mystery maybe solved! People in the comments are saying that some of these highlighters look like the Makeup Revolution baked formula. So it is likely that they baked them and then glued them into the pans.
Also no alcohol was consumed during or before the making of this video, we were just having good old fashioned fun 🙂
