   The ironic thing about all this is Gary Neville talking speaking up about the upper management team – When he was at United under the glazers he didn't utter a single word against them in fear of reprisals no doubt (his employement), if he was so passionate about this he would've done what Ronny did and speak out then! He has benefiited directly under their leadership under silence and now he can't stop talking about everything wrong about them!

    Gery Nevile was wasted by Man United because he was Ronaldo's friend and the scheme for playing at Man United Ronaldo was not considered a teammate of Man United, so Gery Nevile felt sorry for Ronaldo so that Ronaldo quickly left Man United, for the sake of his friend's career

    Listen is 100% that garry is a nice guy ans that he genuinely respects and like ronaldo but Ronaldo considered him like a friend and no matter what you don't speak against your friends publicly. Just put yourself in Ronaldos Shoes one second. If a very good friend talks against you even with some "reason" world you like it ? Would you think it's right ? It's like a brother, you can say criticize your brother offline but why would you do so online ? It doesn't make any sense. I still like Gary but I believe the reaction of Ronaldo is legit

    The scheme the manager used to create the situation is something he has done to players before this job. One question we should ask is this, CR7 and the manager who has contributed to football the most? If the manager doesn’t have him in his future plans should he not have sorted that out with him? The manager setting him up makes him small. He should try that with Neymar, Mbappe,

    What have MU and TEN Hag done to manage the situation proactively? They failed in their job. They are the ones in the position of power, they could have handled it much more graciously. They deserved to be called out. They are just bullies. No respect. No love. No good intention. What a shameful bunch.

    A lost sheep? Not at all. Backed into a corner? Rinaldo certainly was, no wonder trust went out the window. CR believes world's against him? He knows he's respected. In one breath says young ones more resilient today cos of social media. Next breath says young ones need leadership, guidance. CR said same thing. His criticism was that young ones don't respect leadership, guidance. CR not wrong. Gary claiming CR good to do interview, then criticises timing of interview. 😒

    Football is going through what other industries and employers are going through, younger employees who put in the bare minimum and expect the max. I see this myself in my line of work. Obviously you have the younger players who are 100% focused and are doing well however for many the mentality is more commercial. Endorsements etc. And God FORBID you try to tell them something about their performance, they can’t take it. Ronaldo is Old School and believes hard work and dedication are non-negotiable.

    "If you criticize your manager, board or owner then there's obviously no employment going to be there for you in the future." So this is what it has come to. When you criticize your boss, manager or owner (who are exempt of criticism according to Neville) for the sake of the organisation (because you want it to succeed), then you get sacked. For caring too much basically. Sad, sad world where lying, hiding and faking (as Simon Sinek once said) has become synonymous with being an exemplary employee.

    I think Gary should stop thinking on the past. He is wrong saying PL is better now than in the past, is just look on the stars that was playing the game in any team back then. People just realize what they lost when they don't have it again. Gary thinks that one player change everything, how about the rest doing their jobs as well? If everyone would be example of professionals like CR things would be different. Clubs are great with great players that make the history not those that are ordinary players. How many titles MU won after Cristiano left??? Is MU investing as Arsenal Man City Liverpool Chelsea for example? Cristiano talked with heart and love for the club and he had to speak out and not being complacent. Maybe now this can make people take other action to put the club where it belongs. I think Ronaldo sacrifices him self even hurting some minds that do not understand what it takes to become a winner in any sport.

    It's not surprising how things have paned out. Even before Eric T.H came to United, we kept hearing rumours of him saying that CR7 was not part of his United plans.

    Ronaldo must pick his next club wisely for his professional and economic needs.

    Ronaldo’s comment about ten Hag was that he doesn’t respect people that doesn’t respect him. And his criticism of young players was that modern footballers, and society in general, are prone to an easier road than his generation. He was spot on of his observations.
