   Just to clarify, we normally would not apply this much, and we definitely do not recommend using this much peel off mask. In true BN style this video is about following the instructions and testing their claims instead of giving a demo of what is best practice. We followed the instructions of "apply a generous, even layer to clean skin" and we were looking at how their marketing photos and videos that demonstrate how much to apply.    Sheet masks are so much better. I don’t have to wrestle them off my face. They do feel weird when you pull them out of the package.

   I've used the glam glow mask for a long time and never found that it stays wet for that long. Of course there are always small, thin specs of black left behind but I've had that with all peel off masks I've used. Also the glitter does not end up in the sea as peel off masks go in the bin, not in the drain

    I bought a mask that said "apply a thin, even coat" and my thin coat was too thin. 😂 It was supposed to peel off but noooope.

    I use the glow job mask and I love it! I use a pretty thin layer and my mask will usually dry in 30 minutes sometimes 40 if I have some thick spots. I never feel the glitter in my mask. It looks cool and my skin feels hydrated, tightened, and smoother after. I understand not everyone has time to wait for the mask to dry but it’s a nice treat when your binge watching Netflix or YouTube on a Saturday.

    To be honest I love glam glow masks I just knew the glitter one was going to be horrible though. Their original gravity mud is the absolute best, it does tingle/burn on me but the end results are phenomenal

    I think he only purpose to these glitter masks is an Instagram photo while it’s on. Glitter will have no positive benefit for your skin at best or will irritate it, especially the stars. I haven’t tried either of these. They look kind of fun in the jar but look more like glitter glue than skin care. I do have the glam glow gravity mud in the purple container, the silver one and have tried it. I did a thin but even layer and did not have the difficulty with it drying or peeling off that you did with these two. You said you have that one, I’d say give it a try since you have it. I did have issues with the Boscia black peel off mask drying when I tried it and now I’m thinking it might be because I followed the instructions to use a generous layer

    I don't remember if you have Ulta in Australia, but their brand has a strawberry and champagne glitter peel off mask that is perfect and so cheap. Much better than these two looked even though the glitter is really really subtle.

    the glam glow mask dries really well if you don't apply that thick of a layer, a thin layer works just as well as a thick one. those marketing photos are quite deceiving! it looks as if its a thick layer but you can still get that peel effect easily with a thin layer. also if you are left with a little residue, taking a warm washcloth and gently rubbing will take off the excess

    Australia is not known for fossil awareness. Luckily many respectful ppl in the comment section realize and call this idiotic use of plastic out. Matters not if you throw the glitter in the trash, it will still end up unrecycled. If you will consume shit like this, don't reproduce, you're enough strain as it is on the environment.

    My 11yr old daughter is obsessed with glam glow and wants the mask so badly for Christmas…. I refuse to pay those prices 😂. Can anyone recommend a good cheaper alternative to it?

    I use the glam glo mask and I absolutely love it. It is a firming mask and I have a couple of wrinkles on my forehead and it helps them go away, which is amazing. I dont put on a thick layer. But like alot of people say different skin types react differently, I have combo to dry.

    Omg your face is so red. I hate these types of masks. I like the masks that come in a sheet, i guess u call them. I have tried quite a few, but ive never had that much redness. Over priced & over hyped produts from glam glow & too faced.

    Since these products came out I refuse to purchase from either brand. There is no need for glitter in skincare. All the glitter left on your face goes straight down the drain (along with any benefits if there were any) to become part of our global micro-plastics problem. Glitter in general is out of hand and the cosmetics industry really needs to check its self.
