Hong Kong has decided to scrap its Covid-19 hotel quarantine policy from September 26th and from now on all the international travelers will be able to return to their homes or an accommodation of their choice and would not need to necessarily check into a hotel.

As Democrats, we have to get at least 5000 immigrants per day or the deal is off. On most days the bill says we can get up to 8500 per day. It's only when there is 5000 per day for 7 consecutive days that the border entries will close for a few days. We can can still get them through places that are not legal border entries.
