Sinful colours formulas are still a bit hit and miss in my opinion….my fave budget polish is Ulta 3.

I got the impression that 'mall brand' insulted the fact that KVD is sold at Sephora, whereas Jeffree's is only available on Beautylish/his proper website. Ironically, you need more sales volume to get in to Sephora whereas anyone can have a bootleg Java-based website with PayPal checkout and one angry ass customer service agent responding to all the complaints.

totally believing on the bug package from too faced, as you mentioned it, the pruduct were stocked for a long time and let's just remember it smells like peaches lol maybe that attracted the bugs. Love your channel girls!!

That Clinique/Crayola collab really grinds my gears, to me it just perpetuates using crayons as cosmetics to be normal. OMG the fucking potatoes. Love the Lip Smackers one though haha.

unless those women had serious health problems due to the use of the scrub or it scrubbed their entire face off, who the hell has the energy and time to go through a law suit for that?! Also, I totally agree Hailey – thats what Ive used it for (body scrub) and all i thought it was made for until recently.

Am I the only one who thinks that Physicians Formula's product smells TERRIBLE? I got a foundation once that smelled like rotten potatoes. Since then I've always smelled their tester, and I've never found nicer smells…

No one understands the US legal system. I've lived in NY my whole life and I'm pretty sure attorneys don't even get it 😂 I'm sure there are frivolous lawsuits around the globe…Americans might win for the most though.

So happy to see you guys address the Too Faced Sweet Peach debacle. I ordered everything and not only did it take weeks to arrive, when it finally got here, the highlighting palette was broken. I emailed too faced with a photo, and they didn't respond for another week. When they finally responded they sent me a generic email stating "your package was delivered. If you don't see it, make sure to check in hiding places surrounding your house" which basically indicated that they didn't read the email at all because the problem wasn't that my package didn't arrive, it was that it was broken 😑. Subsequently once I finally called and talked to a supervisor they said that although the product was cracked, it was still useable. They gave me the option of getting 20% refunded back to my card or returning it at my expense. Awful customer service. Super bummed about it considering if I was a bigger youtuber I'm sure they'd send a replacement asap no questions asked. They've treated their customers horribly during this launch. I'm pretty disinterested in buying from the brand at all, but if I do in the future I'm definitely going to go through sephora and ulta simply for the customer service quality.
