This is the same guy who said there was no doubt Saddam had biological weapons in 2003.
This is the same guy who you've asked about Russia using weapons in Ukraine, without mentioning that in 2008, when he was CEO of Maxwell Biocorporation, opened a facility in Boryspil just east of Kyiv.
The guy was a Colonel, a senior project manager in the Soviet Bioweapons program, and we're supposed to just take his word, that if there's bioweapons in Ukraine, they must be Russian, without asking what he was setting up in that lab in Boryspil ?
