Thankfully I had retired before the Intelligence Agencies went political, I think I would have been a whistleblower if I had still been on active duty. In my day, we did God’s work as we used to call it, whether we worked in a Republican or Democratic Administration. I had a real hard time believing that 51 of my former colleagues would disavow the Hunter Biden Laptop as Russian Disinformation. I assume that some of them jumped to this conclusion without thinking through to the political implications. For one thing I would guess that most intell personnel would lean republican.

How the hell would the Republicans threaten your democracy? Can you even begin to imagine the resouces needed to that. This such a childish threat to throw about when speaking against one person or a group of people. Get real people, the sky is about to fall. But if the overwhelming majority of Americans wanted to change your system of government you may have to change it. Think of that. It is not going yo happen.
