   Imagine "BN by KH" or "BN by HK"… No matter what the brand name is I'd buy it lol, would be so refreshing knowing even the owners are very much so of the attitude of "we know what's good and what's not because even we don't buy makeup that we wouldn't like! Or even so as to knowing the owners themselves would only put out something they know the market would care for because if they didn't care for it themselves they wouldn't expect others to. Which I feel like a lot of brands still do lol

   I feel like when the shift happens in the beauty community brands will go back to focusing on their core ranges and expanding their ranges and creating/reformulating to better quality than having to diminish quality for the “fast fashion” collars and stuff

   I'm curious to know how you are both doing with the lockdowns. I'm not sure if your areas are still affected, but the news I see is so scary. I feel so bad for the people who have been isolated for so long. Have you experienced effects from the length of this situation, do you know others who are struggling? I would love to see a video with your thoughts.

   HAHAHA. I agree, too much trash. They need stop relying on consumerism and start making environmentally conscious brands + packaging, recycling is important.

   I get that brands don’t want to have you as the face of a collab or of the brand, since you are so critical and don’t hold back when you review makeup, but wouldn’t it be really good for them to have you as a collaborator on the other hand, since it would be like “they say makeup is shit when they think that it is, this must mean that this brand is really good if they are willing to collab with them and put their name behind it”? I’m genuinely curious, because that is how I would perceive a collab from you, just like I’m pretty confident I’m going to like something if you two say that it’s good in a review

   I really appreciate the way you both have moved away from the new new new. I've stopped watching most of the beauty channels I used to because the emphasis on new and more makes me feel like I need to buy more which makes me really uncomfortable and unhappy. I appreciate you creating beauty content that is entertaining while not feeding that impulse to consume more and more

    I think you guys touching something that if I ever could start a beauty brand I want to do what should be mini foundations and concealers. And have them at a really reasonable price even smaller than many so you can at least color match. Especially if it's going to be only online. Maybe even doing mini bundles of like three to for shades so you can get the best ones for you.

    hi guys nice to catch up ,yes like us in the UK , i would love to be able to buy from australia, and have trail products , sounds perfect, as i need to try before i buy the full size , as i dont have the money to waste , but to try before i buy sounds good , be it a mini size but enough to valuate the product . sorry that you are being ageism which you would be hung out to dry for ! me in first in the queue ! i am upset you feel that way ! wait until your older and see how you feel i am very upset with you .that’s outrageous ! are you saying we can’t wear your lipstick because we are too old ?

    Selfless by Hyram is a good brand ethical model. Good product, but good for environment and people and animals. Mini's may cause more turnover which could result in more waste if people do not reuse or recycle as they should,

    I would love to create a foundation range that covers the full spectrum of olive skin tones in different finishes and levels of coverage. I'm a pale olive skin tone, and what few olive foundations are on the market are nearly all in the medium range. Olive skin is such an untapped market for beauty products because olive skin is found across so many ethnicities, yet Western beauty brands seem to think everyone's undertones are either yellow or pink.

    The collab segment highlights your personality perfectly. You are creators who want to be provide creative insight to brands. You are not the influencer who is looking to put there name on product and market it to their communities.

    I admire anyone who starts a brand, so long as they're invested in good quality and not just doing it to expand their already enormous fame. Laughed lots at the suicide bid for your channel, though I really hope you still have interest to keep this going for some time to come.

    Answering your question from the end of the video: I would invest in drugstore brand from my country. There is this one brand that is vegan, cruelty free, they put out new things only couple times a year and they are often pretty bomb. So no fast fashion and no very cheap quality. Packaging could be better but when i see their prices i can't complain. They like collaborating with smaller youtubers and influencers from my country too. I just think there are nice people behind the brand and i wolud like to support that.

    I remember way back you girls discussed that if you would ever get a sponsor, you'd take on non-beauty brands just so you can confidently sponsor without fear of being biased. When you did start taking on sponsorships, it was no surprise to me in the choice of brands you decided to work with.

    If you do manage to do your brand ( never say never and all that) , I would suggest price transparency model. Its working for fashion industry, and it think it has potential for cosmetic industry as well. From initial researches done, it created a sense of trust and loyalty to the brand

    I actually did invest in Kester Black, I'm a nail junky/ nail swatcher and i didnt invest a heap of money but thought they are on the rise hopefully so thought see how it goes. As i wouldn't have any say in what they do I didn't really think it would be a major bias investing in them but with ur channel i can see where ur coming from.
