   This article says it like the us is twisting another country’s arm and makes that country buy weapons. It’s the other way around. They ask to buy arms from the us. One of the countries who ask is India. I sat and watched Putin park thousands of troops on Ukraine border and I’m glad we are helping them defend themselves. If not Russia would already be controlling Ukraine. From the tactics russia is using I’m surprised by this article. Maybe the us needs to stop selling weapons to India and let them get their weapons elsewhere.

    Does India wish they were the No 1 arms manufacturer….instead of America. Yes. Why is America making the very best equipment…why is it so popular. Why do they always have something new and improved. Why can they still have F-16’s and B-52’s….and still field F-22’s and B-1&2’s. Why does the US have a Space Force? Why? Why? Why? We demand the best for our troops. Regardless of cost. Most of the good stuff…isn’t for export. Yet……that which is. Is still head and shoulders better then Russian or Chinese junk. Made to for lesser foes in third world squabbles. It’s quality too. Look at the M2.50 cal. It’s still in many inventory’s. Most countries don’t bother making a heavy machine gun..it cheaper..just to get US surplus. Huey Helicopters? 1960’s. There still in high demand. And you can still get parts. Other examples. West…is Best. East..is least. It’s a whole country…not just mindless corporations. There veterans. Look at that A-10 plane. Congress thought to retire it. NO…NO..NO! Veterans spoke up. Not only is it not retired….it’s been completely rebuilt. New and improved. F-22…F-35 are newer. But F-15 and F-18 been modernized. More then a match for any MiG. And training is the clincher. America trains. Simulators..field exercises..joint maneuvers. And always….some new gear. Try this….try that. Tell us how it works..how to improve it. Beyond your minds. You comprehend the pride…or the commitment. Mess with the Best……..and Die like the Rest. Not our first rodeo.

I have worked for Gen Dynamics, Lear Seigler Proto typical department Eugene Stoner Aires Division, just to name a few. I have worked on, and in the development of, almost every latest American weapon system up until the F22 when I retired. …Is it about 'job creation'? …"No", It is about 'Human Nature!' Mankind has always created new and better weapons, from sling shots and spears to thermonuclear hydrogen bombs. Americans have excellent technology and manufacturing skills, so it only makes sense that we are where the free world comes to purchase weapons. If America stopped supplying weapons, someone else would! It's human nature to collect weapons, and it's also human nature to eat… hence: "Job Creation"
