   yes ollie frank and mikel all banged out by city in 7 days back to bacvk lol….city will walk the prem now moving up the gears….franks gone nxt arteta then ollie with klopp gone at end of season … no brainer pep best ever prem manager by far

   Frank Lampard, Mikel Arteta and Ole are the new generation of managers who cannot be judged in the same way you would with a Mourinho's, Anceloti's or Pep Guardiola!! You have to go through some pain and struggle in anything you do in life. From a baby taking their first step or young footballer kicking their first ball on the weekend peewee leagues. The only difference here is that you have babies and pee wee league managers with little to no previous experience thrown headfirst into high profile jobs normally managed by people who are experts in their field with a vast treasure trove of experience to fall on to find solutions. If a team or an organization with full knowledge that the manager they appointment has little to no experience it is logical to expect that they will give the manager time to find a solution while learning on the job! To sack them prematurely after only 1 or two seasons by expecting results by simply throwing them millions of dollars with no proven track record behind them is illogical. Moral of the story don't hire someone with lack of experience and expect solutions to problems quickly as there will be no experience as a reference point to resolve them in a timely manner. The loss that Frank experienced today will be more beneficial to his career than all the wins combined! These are the moments that make a great manager. Frank i'm sure is replaying the game over his mind and searching for different ways he could have prepared and more importantly adjusted as the match progressed.

    Its high time every1 accept the fact that there is no longer the big 4 in the league. Every game can go either way. Teams going on losing streak is to be expected. Making judgement on managers over the course of a few weeks is simply ridiculous. Every1 was singing praises when chelsea was winning initially. Now they go on a losing streak u want him out. Arteta had problems with arsenal and ppl want him gone. Now theyve gone back to winning ways, no1 is saying the same thing. PE teacher Ole gets promoted to manager only when united found their way to the top. I feel like in general, the media, pundits and fans are too reactionary these days

    The thing he said about that "only 6 weeks ago" they were talking about how far behind the Manchester clubs levels are, and now it's reversed. That part only confirms how bad of an expert he really is and actually most of the brittish media function in the same way.

    An expert is suppose to see patterns and come to long-term conclusions, not critisize a team when they lose and praise them when they win, a child can do that. Thats why UK experts and media are known for being the most unconsistent analytics in Europe…
