The IRS is not Federal Agency , it is a part of the of the Depart of Treasury, but The Internal Revenue Service is a private Collections Company, acting as a permanent contractor for the US Treasury department, without any Legal Statute authorization.. A Private company has No Authority to take by force : records, property, money, or item of value without a warrant from a United States District Court. The invention of IRS is nothing but Shady, never mind its practices.
