   he is just putting together buzz words like collaboration, diverse teams. I dont believe these answers will impress the mangers. You have to constantly give examples and by telling stories from your past experience. Remember to keep it clear and use STAR method

    I am a market-driven chemist at heart and I know my best way to promote improved options for customers in this current market is in a chemical regulatory/toxicology role supporting those efforts. I have enjoyed spending over 10 years using my expertise in product development, toxicology, ESG, bio-based chemistries, and industrial hygiene furthering the product development at the companies I have worked for. I seem to have a knack for it. Life is too precious to waste on things you don't believe in, but reality is that investment in more mundane activities provides the downtime and better connection with the real world while supporting loftier objectives. Would you like to hear more regarding how I achieved this at my current and past communities?

    I have loved working for my current company, but feel I have hit a point of stagnation. Your company attracted me because I can see how I can work with your team members to increase our impact on the company bottom line while also supporting and leading ESG initiatives which also improve people's lives and the companies reputation. I love Win-Win supporting both Marketing/Sales efforts and ESG efforts. Would you like to hear more specifics about how I achieved this at my current and past companies?

    I love having the experience and confidence to walk into and out of interviews knowing it was (or wasn't) a perfect fit. I recognize that isn't a luxury many have, but it wouldn't hurt for some more experienced job seekers to adopt that bravado. Most recent interviews for me have been either a conversation of how I can contribute or my interviewing the company regarding fit.
