I've been a manager for the last 8 years. From solo projects up to 17 employee facilities, I've recently accepted a general mangers position at a multi billion dollar international company and find myself watching and taking notes from everywhere possible to improve my capabilities and understanding. While most of this is pretty standard information I still find it helpful to write out in my own words and review the process. It's always good to remind yourself on the steps you're taking to improve and advance your skills.

Set high standards,,,must be realistic,,during basic for the army we had 2 people in our company did not meet standards,,the business I work for now maybe 2 people out of a 100 meet standards we have a very high turnover rate

I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already,got a new business my wife is managing, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made.😊

Stop kidding yourselves, the only things management does is lie and manipulate. You're just a bunch of fakes guard dogging any good ideas or concerns so you can coast for 30 years. Anything new frightens you because you don't have any idea what you're doing in the first place. You just put on a front and people actually believe you.
