Probiotics are actually very great for the skin. It helps repair the skin barrier and helps the skin function better. There are tons if things probiotics do for the skin. There are alot of medical grade skincare lines based solely around probiotics, for example GlowBiotics.

The new Benefit blush palettes were already available at my local Benefit counter when I visited Saturday (Belgium). The saleslady told me that the separate versions wil be available in March and also that a new concealer is coming soon. I don't think we've heard about one that yet?
I swatched both of the new highlighters and I was so impressed: insanely pigmented and I love the shades. Tickle looked like a peach / purply pink duochrome, which we've seen in Becca Lilac Geode / Parisian Lights and in MAC Beaming Blush. Tickle was more sparkly though.
Cookie looked like a mix between JS Ice Cold – the cold tone – but more metallic and silver coloured and Benefit Dandelion Twinkle – the sparkliness.
I really don't need more highlighters in my collection, but these will be so hard to resist! I hope they'll release a palette with both shades in the future, maybe for the holidays? Fingers crossed 🙂

I totally agree it’s past time for Benefit to expand Hula! But NO…. the original can NOT be used on the fairest of fair LOL EVERY time I’ve ever tried to use it on myself or fair clients, even with a light hand and super fluffy brush, it resembles Cheeto dust. 😒 It just looks more “fake” on fairer skin. IMO

I used to work in retail cosmetics. Its amazing how much highend makup for darker tones thrown out from lack of purchase. Dark shades are also more likely to stay on the shelf for a very long time before being purchased, so it is not as fresh (more issues with separation)… for those that constantly push diversity in makeup, what do you think about these issues? What is the solution?

I can’t for my life understand why the Mac collection Boom boom bloom isn’t showing ANYWHERE if I’m googling it. Even when I search on Macs own website it isn’t showing. I tried to look for the highlighter who turned out to be pink chalk. Weird.

I feel like a lot of brands are like Benefit. I’ve worked at Sephora for almost 10 years, and most brands other than Makeup Forever, Lancôme, and Becca have not had lengthy shade ranges in anything. It made it very hard to shop with and match clients. It’s sad, but it seems like most brands are jumping on the “inclusion shade ranges” bandwagon simply for money, and not because they really give a shit.

Im sorry Hailey I call bs that hoola can be used on the fairest complexion, I was shade matched at mac as nc10 so im extremely fair and on me hooka original is like cheeto orange so it definitely doesn't work for everyone

For whatever reason, they get the creator of napoleon peradis to speak to my uni's graduation (Macquarie University) , and two of my friends that have sat through his speech at the ceremony have said them say the same thing, that he is very rude and egotistical ?. Maybe this brand going into administration means I might be able to graduate without having to listen to him.
