my mum doesn't know a lot about makeup and her reaction to morphe pallete 35O2 was "why do you need so many browns? you have so much space on that thing, get some other colors in there instead of 15 browns and a few colors" I started laughing because if she said that then there's really something wrong. lol

I love you girls, but sort of disappointed about the stance on racing; I understand something being part of your local culture and upbringing, but it doesn't make it any less cruel. I think more companies can use their influence and reach to support causes; it's not like they are promoting something awful and cruel/evil (maybe just something you don't 100% agree with). Let's build people up who want to support things that do good!
Edit: wrote this while watching and had to come back to say, for you to call it propaganda is sort of nonsense. It's only propaganda because you happen to not agree with it. If it was something you agreed with you would never say this — propoganda is the wrong word for this and it's highly loaded. I hope they reconsider their support after this sort of mean-spirited response.

I don't support KatVD and neither does my wallet. Out of curiosity, Is the manner in which companies swatch eyeshadows really that important since swatches are not used to illustrate performance rather than they are to determine if the colors are complementary to your complexion? Bare Minerals are so underated. I recommend their lip products with my entire being.

Agreed on the conversation about Becca’s Opal. Would’ve loved if the ribbon portion were a light pink shade to match the outside of the packaging and the rest of the pan could stay the original opal formula. I also own Opal already and though I would love to support breast cancer, I won’t be buying more of what I already have and am not nearly close to finishing.

I can’t figure out Too Faced for the life of me – some of their products seem like they’re marketed to tween and teens, but then some of them are very much adult products. It’s almost like they’re trying to market to everyone from ages 13 to about 35 and it’s just so inconsistent that it puts me off! I don’t need a cutesy puppy holiday palette (which absolutely looks like kids makeup omg!) right next to a better than sex mascara 😂

I don't believe no one get the greatness behind the design of the UD element palette. It's the 4 triangles of elements, air, fire, water and air. The colors are beautifully and cleverly placed for each representing elements. Colors that can be represented by two different elements are place in between the triangle. Also the middle white color is represented by the spirit element, which is a

The new toofaced clover stuff looks like something I would 100% use. The lipstick is a nice colour and the eyeshadow palett is super everyday and usable! And the packaging is adorable
