   Jackie Aina has been around for many, many years. In fact, she was one of the very first make up vloggers and gurus on YouTube. It's a sad testament for how black YouTubers in this sector are treated. She's one of the best and oldest around, but she has to fight to get recognized by makeup brands at all, and no major, mainstream brands have knocked on her door. I encourage people to watch her because she is thoughtful, gorgeous, smart and very, very funny!

   With that out of the way, I do think your videos should be divided up, perhaps no more than 30 minutes apiece.

   Now you have like: Beauty news, but INSIDE beauty news youve got: Youtubers behaving badly etc.. You could select those subcategory's and make them each another eppisode so you have 1/2 or 3 seperate videos which takes waaaayyy less to edit. I hope you can do something with what I just said :p lufffs x

    i love the long videos, but i'd be totally happy with 2 shorter episodes twice a week 😀 it'd give you guys a chance to grab on to things that pop up between videos.

    I personally love the long videos. 1hour +, because I personally love watching you both and how your personalities bounce off one another. Always makes me chuckle. But you need to do what's best for you both, and it sounds like 2 shorter videos may work best xx

    My opinion is probably irrelevant because I'll watch every video you upload, but I think (for the longevity of this channel.. and your own peace and happiness) you should find an upload schedule that suits the both of you, not the viewers. Would hate to see this becoming a massive hassle for you girls!

    I personally love the long beauty news videos and if you can keep them at the 1 / 1.5 hours mark I'd be a very happy camper 🙂 But at the same I think having more videos is great. Maybe a long video on a Friday or Saturday and then a super short one during the week?

    re : vintage makeup, i remember in 90s cheap non existent brands would have the triangular bullets and push up styles. they weren't great as the triangle wears down and as you stated the push up mechanism would break way before the lipstick finished

    i love the long format, but i think you should do however many/whatever lengthed videos you want to do/can manage — you both have a lot of other things on your plates, and you both do this for free/as a hobby. i'd hate to think that you'd enjoy doing this less because the editing is driving you bananas or you're too pressed for time to film long videos.

    also, i just noticed your tat — omg, kat, is that nina?! i'm still not over nina. too soon, even more than ten years later.

    If you ignore the sneak peaks from Too Faced that come 2 years before the product I'm sure it will save you a lot of time! Just talk about it once there are full palette/full collection swatches in colour.
