Prediction: The republicans have been granted only the mere appearance of a majority, and no actual progress will be made. Democrats will continue to get everything they want, and conservatives will be left with the impression that it is the conservatives that can't pull things together. Hoping for better, but my pessimistic gut feel is that the appearance of a slight majority is only there to create more deception. None of this last election made any sense. Fetterman? yeah right. Katie Hobbs? nope. I sincerely doubt that conservatives have a seat at the table anywhere.
