Neville’s point about Liverpool proved right, they weren’t “back” by any stretch and it showed with the fact that they failed to finish top 4. Liverpool were very good that day and Man United were awful but in the grand scheme of the season it meant noting.

Gary was right. You don't bash a team in 45 mins without the opposition folding. Some of those goals were a disgrace. Liverpool had a very good day is all. It happens.

Souness is very listenable talker. Tho a bexit bigot . Though i dont agree with most his words.and to hear him on talk sport about hitting the gin an handing in a transfer request cos manager changed his mind about playing him after he came back from an injury. The mindset of a spoilt school child,not a Liverpool legend. That and goin to the Sun, Greame sure knows how to shoot himself in the foot.well done on the swim though. To be fair. amazing . Will the real Greame stand up

Aa a Liverpool fan Neville was right. Yes we snashed United, but we made alot of mistakes and got away with it. Yes we put 7 past them great.but we lost to Bournemouth the following week. So Gary was actually correct

Neville correct the result was more to do with Utd very poor performance the defending was woeful then Liverpool's been fantastic. Maybe Souness and sidekick Jamie would like to revisit the convosation off the back of Liverpool Bournemouth result
